Adding Lables

Labels are used to tag chats based on category.

You can either create a label from the left panel OR type the label name in the right panel to create and add a label to a chat.

To open the chats with a label, click on the label name from the left panel.

Example labels could be: New business lead / Existing Customer / Support / Demo
